Bellagio in Las Vegas: The Hotel Inspired by a Town in Italy
The Bellagio opened in 1998 with the scope of becoming the best hotel in the world. To inspire such an ambitious project was the famous town on Lake Como also called Bellagio and the desire to recreate this enchanting place on the Las Vegas Strip.

This imposing classical and aristocratic hotel is right on the main artery of Las Vegas. In front of the hotel, there is a 3-hectare artificial lake where, every thirty minutes, hundreds of fountains emerge and create a performance with music and lights.
Inside you will also find the Conservatory & Botanical Gardens where you can admire fascinating floral displays. In short, the Bellagio is one of the most prestigious hotels in Las Vegas and is particularly appreciated by those who love the retro atmosphere of European-style luxury.

Wynn Las Vegas: The New Bellagio
This hotel was the idea of Steve Wynn, the billionaire developer who is behind the other impressive structures in Las Vegas. To build this luxury hotel, the tycoon sold the Bellagio and the Mirage (which he had also built) and bought the historic Desert Inn. He demolished it and rebuilt the Wynn, a new version of the Bellagio reinvented for a more fashionable clientele, replacing European elegance with a more modern design with Asian influences.
Unlike many other luxury hotels of the Strip, what is impressive about the Wynn is not its exterior, but its interior. In fact, each room is brightly decorated with large designs and sophisticated mosaics, but also carpets, trees, and flowers of all kinds that give color to the interior.
One feature in common with the Bellagio is the presence of water. While the latter is famous for its fountains, the Wynn stands out for a waterfall that, starting from an artificial mountain, plunges into a lake (also artificial) that is 3 acres, with statues, colors, images, and light effects. If you want to see it, ask about the Lake of Dreams.

The Venetian Hotel: La Serenissima in Las Vegas
The name of this hotel speaks for itself. It is in fact a reconstruction that evokes the past splendor of Venice, with scale reproductions of city landmarks such as the Rialto Bridge, the Bridge of Sighs, and St. Mark’s Bell Tower. The fake Rialto Bridge crosses over the Strip instead of the Grand Canal, and in front of the American reproduction of the Doge’s Palace, there is a large body of water that simulates the Venetian canals, with docking posts and gondolas. The gondoliers, dressed in authentic clothing, take tourists from one side to the other singing Italian songs.
The Venetian, in addition to the enchanting replica of Venice, also offers numerous services, including a luxurious shopping center and the famous Madame Tussaud wax museum. The hotel was opened in 1999 and contains more than 4,000 rooms.
